The website cafewien.ro belongs to Cafe Wien restaurant, Piața Huet no. 4, Sibiu, operated by VIENA CAFE S.R.L., tax ID 19158533, trade register no. J2006001599321, acting as data controller.

Our website is a presentation website: it has no forms, user accounts, newsletter or online payments. We only process:

• —Technical data — IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the page visited, automatically recorded in the hosting server logs.
• —Data you send us when you contact us by phone or e-mail (for example name, phone number, e-mail address, reservation details).

• —Technical data is used to operate and secure the website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• —Data you send us is used to reply to you and manage reservations — steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not make automated decisions based on it.

We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.

The website only stores two strictly necessary pieces of information in your browser (localStorage / sessionStorage): your chosen language and the fact that you closed the offer window, so it is not shown again. They contain no personal data, are not sent to anyone and can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.

• —The map on the website is provided by OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). To load the map, your browser sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap servers. The United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
• —Online reservations (smart-menu.ro), delivery (Wolt) and our Facebook and Instagram pages are external platforms, accessed only if you click the respective links. Their own privacy policies apply there.

• —Server logs — for the limited period set by the hosting provider, after which they are deleted automatically.
• —E-mails and reservation data — as long as needed to reply to you and honour the reservation, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to us at office@cafewien.ro; we will reply within one month.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing — www.dataprotection.ro.
